Italy is our favourite country. This Trip in 2024 was our sixth visit. As we’re starting with lake region the most efficient way for us was not to fly to Rome and make our way north but start from Zurich and make our way south. Our first third of our trip (day 1 through 10) were focused on the lake region with Lugano, Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. We then existed the lake region and spent the following 10 days visiting highlights of the north Italy: Venice, Milan, Cinque Terre and Florence. Finally we concluded our trip with Ischia, Amalfi and Rome.

✈️ Day 0: Fly to Zurich
