Day 16: Last day in Florence

Last day in Florence. It's the BestOf day. Indeed, our only objective today is to walk around, eat the best gelato, and dine at our favourite bisteca.

Result of the 2016 bisteca contest:

1. Cipolla Rossa (remains our goto place, more convivial)
2. Buca Lapi (probably the best meat but the service and complexity of reserving places it second rank)
3. Tratoria dell'Orto (Very family-style establishment, unpretentious, very good bisteca but the sides were a bit ordinary)
4. I' Brindellone (Good but lacks finish, however our most affordable meal in Florence)

And for our 2016 gelato contest:

1. My sugar (grapefruit gelato that steals the show)
2. Perché No! (the lemon was really good)
3. Grom (safe bet everywhere in Italy)

We wanted to have an aperitif contest, but didn't take our notes well (by we, I mean me) and poorly planned our visits, which makes it difficult to give good places. However, I must make a special mention for La Ménagère, which offered us the most decorated Apéro-Spritz we've had (there was a fruit salad around it). I think the best place to have an aperitif remains Santo Spirito Square for the atmosphere.
